Welcome to Juice ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Juice mobile app or web app at app.juicebettracker.com (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and current.
2. What Juice is
Juice is a personal record-keeping tool for tracking sports betting deposits, withdrawals, and profit. Juice does not facilitate, enable, or advise on gambling. We are not a sportsbook, broker, or financial advisor. Any figures displayed are based solely on data you enter.
3. Your account and data
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. We provide the Service "as is," and any decisions you make based on information displayed in the Service are your own.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Service.
- Do not use the Service in a way that infringes on anyone else's rights.
- Do not use automated systems to access the Service in a way that sends more requests than a human could reasonably produce.
5. Subscriptions and payments
If the Service offers paid features, pricing will be disclosed at the point of purchase. Payments made through the Apple App Store are handled by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple.

The Service, including its name, logo, design, and all associated software, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate. Juice is not a substitute for professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
