Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Juice ("we," "us," "our") collects,
uses, and protects your information when you use our mobile app or
web app at app.juicebettracker.com (together, the "Service").
Information we collect
-
Account information. When you create an account, we
collect your email address and an encrypted password so we can sign
you in.
-
Transaction data you enter. Deposits, withdrawals,
sportsbook names, notes, and dates that you choose to log. This data
is yours.
-
Diagnostic data. Basic logs from the servers that
run the Service (e.g., error reports, request timestamps) used to
keep the Service working.
How we use your information
- To provide the Service — storing and displaying the data you enter.
- To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
- To diagnose issues and improve reliability.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not share your transaction history with advertisers.
- We do not use your data to build profiles for third parties.
Where your data lives
The Service is built on Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud
Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting). Your data is stored on
Google-managed infrastructure. By using the Service, you acknowledge
that your data may be processed in the United States and other
countries where our service providers operate.
Security
We use industry-standard measures — including HTTPS in transit and
Firebase security rules scoped to your user ID — to protect your data.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep yours safe.
Your choices
-
Export. You can export your transaction history to
CSV at any time from within the app.
-
Delete. You can clear your data or delete your
account from the app. When you delete your account, your
transaction history is removed from our database.
-
Access & correction. Contact us to request a
copy of your data or to correct something we have on file.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe
a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will
delete it.
Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites (such as the Apple App
Store). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those
sites.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make
material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top
of this page.
